Option 2: Accounting AND Management $19/unit/month.

Optional: Rental Pool Management

- Bank reconciliation

Option 2: Accounting AND Management $19/unit/month.
The minimum monthly charge is $750)
Everything in Accounting Only plus:
- Contract & maintenance delegation
- Owner/occupant communication via email notices
- Legal administration assistance by a Broker or CPM
- Planning assistance for assessments, by-laws, insurance, etc
Add ons: Other Optional Services or One-time Charges.
- Payroll: $250/mth per employee
